Hayle Short is a Land & Redevelopment specialist under the Bouldin Land Group in the firm's Tampa office. As a Land & Redevelopment agent, Hayle Short exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States. Hayle understands the nuances of redevelopment that is critical for the changes that impact our cities and communities.

In her first two years of brokerage, Hayle Short has secured over $40 million in exclusive listings and is currently a member of the Housing Finance Authority (HFA), responsible for the issuance of over $50 million in tax-exempt bonds for the acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of multi-family rental housing projects.

Hayle is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Minors in Retailing and Business Administration from the University of Florida. Prior to her real estate career, Hayle has experience interning at the Miller Retail Center at the Warrington College of Business and as a Debt Associate for a boutique investment firm specializing in commercial lending opportunities and underwriting multifamily properties.
