Heath M. VerStraete has over 16 years industry experience. Starting out as an Analyst and moving on to a Loan Consultant specializing in purchase money, Heath spent the first four years in the industry helping buyers purchase and refinance their homes. Since the founding of CPRECA (2012), Heath specializes in Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Property Management. More recently, since 2020 Coastal Pacific Real Estate has been approved to offer mortgage services.
