About Heather

Originally from New England, Heather joined SSF in 2005 coming from an extensive background in sales. Prior to joining SSF, she was the top broker for Ritz-Carlton Club, Bachelor Gulch development team.

In her first year at SSF, she was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year.’ In 2010, Beckett was recognized as one of the top 25 Real Estate producers in Eagle County, and in 2012, she was named as one of Slifer’s top 20 Brokers (Eagle Award). That year, she also ranked 59 for all brokers in the State of Colorado. Heather continues to excel with repeat business and the many referrals she receives from her clients. She specializes in the Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Luxury property market, and enjoys selling all varieties of real estate including Vail, Cordillera, Eagle, and fractional ownership. She has a special interest in ranch and larger acreage properties and is one of the premiere listing agents for these types of properties. She has built many homes in the Valley so is intimately familiar with the construction process.

Heather moved to Vail “for a year” after college, fell in love with the lifestyle and decided to make the Vail Valley her home. Heather spends much of her free time enjoying the mountain lifestyle, anything involving fitness. Her passion is mountain Biking and also loves hiking, skiing, snowboarding, yoga and camping. Heather lives in Eagle Ranch with her family and their rescue dog Ava.
