Heather Bouza epitomizes integrity and energy with a positive attitude. She is a full-time real estate salesperson and comes with 25 years of sales experience. She began her career in the fashion industry, leading teams for well-known brands in both NY & LA. Heather excels with her negotiating and people skills and her ability to close even the hardest deals. Her fashion experience and design degree give her an amazing edge in staging homes to sell or supporting potential buyers to see the possibilities. She has strong ties on social media with multiple connections to Facebook, Instagram groups, Linkedin plus local relationships with the school and community. Heather raises the bar with her "out of the box" thinking, hard work ethic, personal service, and sense of commitment to every client.

Heather has been investing in real estate for many years and has multiple investment properties under management giving her a unique perspective on what to look for in a property whether a new homebuyer, growing family, downsizing, relocating, vacation interest, or investing.

Heather grew up in the Midwest, lived and worked in LA and NY, and has traveled extensively making her relatable to all types of buyers and sellers. As a Westchester mom and resident for over 16 years in Chappaqua and Cortlandt Manor, she has first-hand and in-depth knowledge of the area and is constantly learning and exploring. She is a tremendous resource for any new homeowner. Giving back is extremely important to Heather; she donates a portion of her commission to charities close to her heart.

Heather currently lives in Cortland Manor with her blended family of 4 kids, an amazing partner, grandmother, and 2 dogs; a modern-day Brady Bunch. They keep her on her toes, give her a reason to smile and work hard every day.
