Heather Caine

Heather Caine entered the real estate market in 2004 with her husband by flipping homes in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. Heather’s love of real estate investing grew to loving helping buyers finding their dream home to transforming seller’s home so she could sell their home for TOP dollar quickly. Caine grew up in a military family and learned how to apply the discipline and core values to achieving her dream by opening her own broker firm in 2012. Heather decided to open her own brokerage because she wanted to share her knowledge and passion with other Realtors within the real estate industry.

Caine brings a different, fresh, modern and new approach to real estate. She brings a sense of today's real estate fashion and styles and helps her clients update the home through the buying and selling experience.

In 2016 Heather and Caine Premier Properties opened their second location in Naples, Florida. Her logo the Quatrefoil represents Loyalty, Integrity, Trust and putting others before yourself. You can see a Caine Premier Properties sign from down the road and it's those unique traits that help separate Caine Premier Properties from a more traditional market.

Heather has built an amazing team of almost 50 Realtors and growing where she is teaching and training them the "Caine Difference" on how to stage, design and decorate to sell homes for higher than its competition. Heather has recently filmed 5 episodes with HGTV’s popular show House Hunters and Caine Premier Properties just finished their 8th episode as a brokerage. Heather also has a hit segment on FOX 4 Morning blend called “Homes with Heather” that airs every Friday morning.

Heather graduated from University of South Florida and began her career while in college working as a Property Manager to over 400 apartment units, after graduating from college she went to work for a Mold Remediation company where she fell in love with construction, from there she was the Director of Sales for a Home Warranty companies where she learned all the mechanics of a home. Heather knew from that point that her love for Real Estate had just begun.

In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her young family and husband, living an active lifestyle by exercising, cooking, going to church, and watching their 2 daughters in dance, gymnastics and golf while also volunteering at the local schools, charities and her charitable organization called “Let’s Get Moving”.
