Heather Calvo is an amazing realtor. I met Heather through randomly checking out an open house with my husband. From the start I liked Heather’s friendliness and welcoming smile. I was even more impressed with the fact that she came back to show us the condo later that evening after the open house was closed (much appreciated) also being a first time home buyer there was a lot to learn. Heather did not hesitate in providing any information and educating me along the way. She answered all my phone calls and truly made this an awesome experience from start to finish. I’m so thankful I met her and got to purchase our first condo from her. I highly recommend Heather if you are looking for a realtor to help with your purchase. Where do I begin? The team is amazing from start to finish. Everyone has their part and everybody gets 10 stars if I could give that out.

Helping me with paperwork that I didn’t understand
Not giving up on me when I couldn’t find homeowners insurance due to the fires that occurred this year.
It was nearly impossible nobody wanted to ensure anybody.
Heather found one for me that was a lifesaver. Heather was very patient with me she’d explain everything to me and made me feel a lot better.
There was times I wanted to give up. I have to be perfectly honest, but they didn’t give up on me.

I was told from the very beginning that Pat was very knowledgeable with loans from my best friend, she helped him get a loan years ago and he said you’ve got the best helping you Lori if anybody’s going to get you a good loan, it’s going to be Pat.
She pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me. That’s the truth. A loan that was just meant for me I’d like to think so.

I’m not a person that reads emails very much so the team would text me and say hey Lori, you got an email that you need to read and sign. And let me know if you don’t understand it I will explain it to you and they did. Anytime I had a question they were always there to answer it for me.
They were all very patient with me.
I would get emails from Jessica and Martha reaching out to me calling me guiding me through the way of the paperwork as well. How many people did I have in my corner a lot.

They were all very patient with me and guided me through everything. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I couldn’t have done it without this team. I am so blessed to have found them. It was sure luck that’s for sure.

I almost forgot my key ceremony. It was wonderful. I’m not going to go into detail about it, but it was amazing. You’ll have to find out for yourself when you get your keys.

You are all amazing and I appreciate every single one of you Thank you for all your help.

Whether you are looking for Down Payment Assistance programs, traditional loans, or cash deals, you can be sure Heather Calvo and amazing team at Rise Realty will be with you at every step of your buying process with some of the best timing and personalized service very hard to find these times.
Tips from my personal experience to all new first time buyers;
● Make sure your closing cost money is seasoned for two months or more to prevent complications
●Your credit score will be run three times. At the start of your pre-approval, at the approval time, and finally the day before your loan gets founded. (Do not make changes to your finances and avoid opening any new credit accounts of any kind!)
●Trust Heather and her team and have a lot of patience... This is the key to a successful process and securing your deal or making your dream come true if buying a house is your life dream.

Last, I would love to give Heather 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s but unfortunately the system only allows 5.
