If we could give Heather more than 5 stars we would! She was amazing helping my husband and myself buy our first home. She was available when we had questions and wanted to view homes which was amazing to have as first time home buyers. She was able to guide us in the right direction and made it possible for us to purchase our first home we will always be grateful for all her support during the process! If we would decide to do the process all over we will definitely be calling Heather again! She’s an amazing realtor!

Always available and easy to contact. If you're not using Heather as your agent (buyer or seller) , it's going to be difficult to be in the winners circle.

If you are looking for a realtor that will go to bat for you, then HEATHER IS THE ONE! I was a first time buyer and knew very little of the whole process, but that doesn’t scare Heather!! Whether you are looking for Down Payment Assistance programs, traditional loans, or cash deals, you can be sure Heather Calvo and amazing team at Rise Realty will be with you at every step of your buying process with some of the best timing and personalized service very hard to find these times.
Tips from my personal experience to all new first time buyers;
● Make sure your closing cost money is seasoned for two months or more to prevent complications
●Your credit score will be run three times. At the start of your pre-approval, at the approval time, and finally the day before your loan gets founded. (Do not make changes to your finances and avoid opening any new credit accounts of any kind!)
●Trust Heather and her team and have a lot of patience... This is the key to a successful process and securing your deal or making your dream come true if buying a house is your life dream.

Last, I would love to give Heather 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s but unfortunately the system only allows 5.
To complete this review, I would like you to know that Heather walks and works by the hand of God and that I have nothing but gratitude for all the help and support I received from Heather in my purchasing process.
