Heather Derryberry

I started my real estate career in 2004, in Eastern Oregon. I am originally from Eugene, Oregon and briefly lived in the Hermiston and Hood River areas. I made my final move to Tri-Cities, Washington in 2005 and have been here since. The community here is amazing, the area is beautiful, and the people are great! There is a real sense of community here, people caring for each other and willing to help others in their times of need.
Throughout my career I have worked with many different types of clients from first time home buyers, investors, builders, to retirees, people relocating to the area and everything in between. I've built many relationships within the industry and work closely with several local lenders, title/escrow agents and home inspectors that help make the buying/selling process smooth and successful for everyone involved. I am here to explain the process and walk you through it step-by-step and am always happy to answer your questions along the way.
The best part about my job is being able to help a family find a house to call home, a place to make memories in.
