As a Licensed Real Estate Broker on the Oregon coast, Heather prides herself on striving to go beyond what is expected. She believes in fostering a close and harmonious relationship with each of her clients. Her ability to understand her clients' concerns and needs helps her to build a custom communication style that allows for complete understanding and transparency. Honesty, integrity, and her genuine approach to her clients' transactions are the cornerstones to the foundation of Heather’s business.

Originally from San Diego, California, Heather received her LPN License from Santa Barbara City College. She is convinced that the time she spent with her patients increased her capacity to listen, be patient, and have the fortitude it takes to handle a multitude of situations. These skills have afforded her an advantage in the negotiation process. As a 24-year resident of the Oregon Coast, Heather has extensive knowledge of the area, climate, and political hurdles often needed to be overcome for developers and investment vacation rental opportunities.

Heather’s healthy working relationships with various local and county officials help to streamline even the most difficult of transactions. She has also served as the Vice Chair of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors Scholarship Committee for the last 3 years.

In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends, and their beloved rescue animals. She is an avid outdoorswoman and loves to mountain bike and hike the unlimited trails the beautiful coastline has to offer. She looks forward to helping clients market and sell their property in the most professional, technologically advanced, and hassle-free way. Heather also looks forward to helping them realize owning their own coastal dream home.
