Originally from Greensboro, NC, Heather Emminger moved on to the Raleigh area to discover her talents in the Construction Industry, and settled just outside of Chapel Hill in a beautiful custom home she and her husband built. There they raised their children and pretty much ran all over the state with their work...whew! Need help? Just ask! Heather's extensive background as a Construction Estimator and a Sales/Project Manager, and her education in Advanced Building Sciences, has given her a foundation of knowledge proven to be highly beneficial in serving her real estate clients.

Heather's favorite hobby is creating jewelry pieces from natural stones. She worked a few art shows, ran an Etsy website, and for now just makes custom pieces for family and friends.
