Heather was born in Northampton and raised in the beautiful town of South Amherst. With deep family roots in the area, including a mother who is an Amherst native, she has developed a strong appreciation and understanding of everything the Pioneer Valley has to offer. Heather graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater. Her connection to the university runs deep, as her father served as a professor in the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department for more than 30 years.
During her childhood and early adult years, Heather worked at her family's beloved breakfast and lunch restaurant, Nancy Jane's, where she enjoyed building relationships with members of the Amherst community and visitors from around the world. These experiences helped shape her passion for connecting with people and providing exceptional service.
After college, Heather moved to New York City, where she pursued careers as an actor and singer before transitioning into sales within the wine and spirits industry. During her 12 years in New York, she moved eight times, an experience that sparked her interest in real estate and gave her firsthand insight into the challenges and excitement of finding the right home.
Heather later relocated to the Boston area, where she launched her full-time real estate career. She quickly discovered that helping people achieve their real estate goals was exactly where her skills and passions aligned. Her diverse professional background, combined with her education and training, uniquely prepared her for success in the industry.
Clients appreciate Heather's honesty, strong communication skills, strategic negotiating style, and dedicated work ethic. She takes great pride in the lasting relationships she builds with her clients and colleagues and enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of Amherst and the surrounding communities.
Heather and her family have since returned to the Pioneer Valley, a move she is grateful to have made during this stage of life. She resides in Amherst with her husband Anthony, a chef-turned-restaurant consultant, their two active sons, and their sweet family dog.
