Heather Flohr

Heather Flohr has lived in Charlotte for almost 30 years, and for her it has been exciting to see the continual changes and explosive growth that the Queen City has experienced. She moved to Charlotte in 1992 to attend UNC Charlotte and to say that things have changed quite a bit since then, would be an enormous understatement.

Heather has always been an adventurous type and exploring Charlotte's many neighborhoods and surrounding areas has been a passion of hers since first moving to the city. Having grown up on construction sites while often going to work with her father, a commercial real estate developer, or with her grandfather who owned a real estate firm in Virginia Beach, or now with her husband who owns a construction company, real estate is part of her DNA. It is a beautiful thing and a true gift when you can make a career out of what you are most passionate about. That is exactly what Heather has been able to do with real estate and she could not be happier or feel more fortunate.

Heather understands what a big decision and investment buying a home is. She also understands that it can be time consuming, complex, and stressful. She will be there to walk you through the entire process. Her goal is to truly understand your wants, needs, and desires to assist you in finding the perfect home. She will make sure that the process of making that dream a reality is as seamless as possible. Your satisfaction with either buying or selling, the process and her services are her TOP priorities. In Heather's free time you will find her out on the lake paddle boarding, riding jet skis, tubing and most recently, wake surfing (Very much a work in progress.) She also loves spending time with her family (her husband and 12-year-old daughter), cooking out, traveling, reading, and gardening. Heather always strives to "live my best life" by being honest, giving back, working hard, being positive and tenacious.
