As a native of Wake County, Heather has watched the local towns adapt, grow, and thrive in today's marketplace. She grew up in Cary and attended Apex High School and North Carolina State University. Living through numerous market changes has expanded her knowledge and experience in an ever-changing real estate industry. After spending 17 years in the newspaper industry, she transitioned her sales and marketing knowledge into a real estate career.
Heather understands home ownership is a journey and selecting the right agent to work as a client's partner is imperative in helping them find their way to the closing table. Whether a client is looking to buy, sell, rent, or invest in a new property, they will want a trusted partner who listens, understands their objectives, provides valuation expertise, develops marketing or negotiation strategies, and assists them to the closing table, but the journey does not end there.
Once a client finds that dream home, let Heather connect them with her trusted partners to update their home, landscape their yard, build their fence, and so much more. She aims to help her clients turn their house into a home.
During her tenure, Heather has assisted many agents to develop a real estate plan and achieve individual success. Her passion is to assist agents in their professional journey. It starts with identifying agent’s personal strengths, helping them build business plans, and reaching their maximum potential. Each individual agent has their own definition of success, and she works diligently to help agents achieve their goals. Heather is a member of the CBA Agent Development team, a co-leader of the “What Moves Her Advantage” professional series, and the Broker-In-Charge of the Cary office. She is always available to give trustworthy advice or answer any questions agents have.
