Heather Herdt

Heather, born and raised in Snohomish County, loves the PNW and all that it has to offer, even the rain. Her husband Tim and she have been together for 15 years and are raising their 3 (+1 due 2021) children in Lake Stevens. Their time is either spent at home working on their fixer-upper or outdoors camping, hunting, boating, or fishing.

They bought their home in 2012, and that process ignited a fire in Heather for helping others with the dream of homeownership. She obtained her license in 2013 and is happy to say that this will be her lifelong career. Her passion lies in working in small towns as they build strong communities and support small businesses.

Heather works in residential, relocation, and commercial real estate and is dedicated to finding her clients the perfect place to call home. Her business and success come from building lifelong relationships with her clients.
