Heather Horoschak

Growing up in Iowa and settling with her family in Virginia, Heather embodies a unique blend of Midwestern work ethic and Southern grace. With over 20 years of experience as an architect and designer, she expanded her passion for homes into the world of real estate investing. After relocating to Richmond, she founded Patina Property Group, a real estate investment company where her love for homes evolved into a full-scale business.

Heather is involved in every aspect of her projects—from design and construction to marketing and sales. Early on, she recognized her deep understanding of the real estate market and paired that insight with a strong grasp of the design trends buyers are seeking in their homes.

When she’s not working, Heather enjoys traveling with her family and spending time outdoors—though you’re just as likely to find her at Home Depot or Michael’s, immersed in a DIY project. A strong advocate for giving back, she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity Women Build, where she combines two of her greatest passions: empowering women and working with power tools.
