Heather Jones is amazing to work with! She’s knowledgeable, attentive and diligent. We purchased a lakefront vacation home while out of state and she took the time to walk through the property during a Zoom call and was diligent about pointing out details she liked and things that needed to be addressed. She made every step of the long distance transaction easy. We were so confident in her suggestions and options that we didn’t see the home until the day before we closed on it. Again she met with us and walked us through the home and took the time to address all our questions, even though she had already done a walkthrough via Zoom.

After we closed, since we’re from out of state, she was extremely helpful in recommending an appliance store, furniture store and places to buy all the essentials. She also has contacts for painting and other tradesmen for work. I highly recommend Heather for your future real estate purchases in northern Alabama.

I’ve had a good realtor, and I’ve had some ‘okay’ realtors, but I’ve never had a realtor like Heather! She is by far the most amazing realtor I’ve got to experience. She always responds in a timely manner, no matter what day or time. She is highly knowledgeable in real estate, and has great patience for those of us who don’t have a clue what we are doing. She takes the time to explain every question and go into detail. She made my whole experience so easy and has gone above and beyond what I could have hoped for. This lady deserves 10 stars!

Heather Jones with Keller Williams Realty is excellent to work with! We sold our house as a FSBO, and Heather represented the buyer who purchased our home. She acted as our broker and made the whole process very smooth and effortless for both parties. After Heather helped us buy our first house, we knew she was who we wanted to help us sell it! We moved with fairly short notice, so were selling our house in Huntsville while living in Washington state. Heather took what could have been a logistical nightmare, and made sure that it was smooth sailing the whole time. We trust her so completely that we even reached out repeatedly for advice on buying our house here, and of course she helped because she is always willing to go above and beyond. You will absolutely not find a better agent. It's not possible. Heather was nothing short of phenomenal to work with. She is extremely responsive when you have any question or concerns. I was even more impressed with her knowledge of the market, and the overall buying experience. Heather is forthcoming , upfront, and honest throughout the whole process. We had some potential problems come up with the home we were buying, but Heather helped us navigate the waters and we came through with smooth sailing. Heather handled both the selling of our house, and the buying of our new home. We received above our asking price on the first day of listing, and had 6 showings the first day. I could go on and on, but just know if you need to buy or sell your home, contact the only agent I'll ever use.

Wow! What a time we had with Heather looking for our dream house! First, let me just say we were probably nightmare clients.😬We we’re all over the place with our wish list, but Heather wasn’t discouraged. She listened to us, learned about our wants and must haves - really got to know us. (Well, she really couldn’t help it since we were her clients for well over a year!) She humored us at times (as I’m sure we tested her patience😃), but she really gave us expert advice when it came right down to helping us make the final decision. We grew to trust Heather, knowing that she had experience in all aspects of real estate including buying, remodeling, selling, and most importantly in building. Cannot recommend Heather highly enough! We met Heather at an open house when we were just starting to look at houses, and I am SO glad we chose her to be our realtor. We were first time home buyers and totally overwhelmed, and Heather was endlessly patient and so knowledgeable. She went above and beyond every step of the way, allowing us to relax because we knew that no matter what happened she would be able to handle it!
