Heather Klein has built a reputation in the real estate world based on her innate ability to understand her clients’ wants and motivations because of her master’s degree in psychology. Combined with her market knowledge of Los Angeles’ most coveted neighborhoods, extensive network and strong negotiation skills, Heather has had 2-award winning decades in real estate. She partnered with Scott Moore in 2019 and the duo have already created a powerhouse. Scott and Heather are the perfect team because Scott has his Law degree and GC license so is an expert with that side of the deal while Heather is great with people and understanding how their minds and emotions work from her master’s degree therefore leading them step-by-step through the transaction. They are really the yin and yang team!
Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Heather’s knowledge of Los Angeles’s neighborhoods and property values is second nature. But she makes sure to keep her finger on the pulse of luxury real estate trends in these areas to have the most up-to-date information allowing her to maximize her clients’ opportunities and investments. Heather’s deep roots in the area have also contributed to a loyal and repeat clientele that have been with her from the beginning of her career. In addition, Heather’s prior experience working alongside the President of the Human Resources Department at the William Morris Agency solidified her ties to the entertainment community and enabled her to represent several notable clients in their real estate endeavors.
Priding herself on truly listening to her clients’ wishes, and doing whatever she can to achieve their goals, Heather’s personality and sincerity inspire a relationship with her clients; not just a transaction. Clients have described Heather as conscientious, organized, an advocate and protector, trustworthy, fun to spend time with and very professional. As an active member of the community, Heather has always found time to give back. Her current philanthropic involvements include The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, Tower Cancer Research Foundation, the Lange Foundation for animal rescue, and most recently, the Alzheimer’s Research Foundation.
Heather is married to Devin Klein who works at JLL in retail leasing, together they have twin sons and a rescue dog named Riley. When Heather is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying her favorite city for the sun during the day and the action at night She and her husband are also investors in The Six Chow House in West LA.
