About Heather Lee

You can’t get more native to the Grand Strand than being born at Ocean View Memorial Hospital on Ocean Boulevard to parents, grandparents, and great-grands who all lived within a block of the shore. My roots run deep in this area, no doubt, but I’ve also been blessed to have lived in California, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and even Mexico. Of course, for me, there’s no place like the Grand Strand to call home, but these vast experiences have given me a unique perspective and an appreciation for the many different people that make up the fabric of our nation.
I consider myself to be a life-long learner and enjoy acquiring & integrating new information to better serve my clients. I hold the SFR - Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource - certification and SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist - designation from the National Association of Realtors. I am also a certified South Carolina Real Estate Instructor.
I spend my spare time writing, filmmaking, cooking, taking photographs, and enjoying the beautiful Grand Strand with my husband, Daniel, and bonus son, Connor.

Heather listened to what we needed and wanted . She worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. She was with us from the beginning of the journey to well after closing. She showed us the surrounding areas, attractions and history of the town. She went above and beyond any realtor I’ve ever worked with. Solid professional who knows real estate and South Carolina!
