As far as locals go, you can’t get more native to the Grand Strand than being born at Ocean View Memorial Hospital on Ocean Boulevard to parents, grandparents, and great-grands who all lived within a block of the shore. My roots run deep on the Grand Strand, but I've also had the pleasure of living in Virginia, Georgia, Florida, California, and even Mexico.
A life-long learner, I enjoy acquiring & integrating new information to better serve my clients. In 2024, I opened my own brokerage firm, Strand Home Search, and in 2025, I opened a school with my husband, Daniel, called The Epic Training Center where I teach continuing education to other real estate agents, and he teaches alcohol beverage safety.
You'll find me out and about in the community volunteering with the Adaptive Surf Project's Wheel to Surf events, Special Ops Wounded Warrior (SOWW) events, sponsoring First Friday Music & Art events, and hosting Fresh Tunes at Fresh Brewed Coffee House. I took over hosting duties after my dear friend and founder of the monthly Fresh Tunes original music showcase, Phil Fox, passed away. In 2026, some friends and I also started a nonprofit called FOXFEST for the ARTS in Phil's honor to encourage, inspire, and amplify the arts and artists.
