Heather Maresca

Some might say that Heather Maresca has real estate in her blood - she grew up with real estate broker parents and has been in the industry herself since 2006.

One of the keys to Heather’s success is that she treats every transaction like it is her own. Working with experienced and first-time homebuyers, she actively listens to everything her clients say, taking the time to get to know them and making note of the smallest details that can impact the transaction. Heather works out of the John L. Scott Seattle South Lake Union office and specializes in Magnolia, Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne, and Wallingford neighborhoods in Seattle.

When not going above and beyond for her clients she enjoys road and mountain biking, hiking, long walks, cooking, baking and spending time with loved ones.
