I was referred to Heather by many of my trusted family members and I'm beyond thankful that she's my realtor. She truly has strong expertise, a very likable personality, and she goes above and beyond for her clients! If it weren't for Heather, I wouldn't have my dream home. That's no exaggeration! I was selling my home in another state and looking to buy in East Mesa while contingent. In May 2022, being contingent was a major setback since we were in the most competitive housing market of all time, competing against cash buyers and investors. Heather did the impossible and got my backup offer accepted over a cash buyer's offer! I'm so glad we took her advice. We weren't even going to try and compete with any cash offers and she encouraged and guided us. With 20 years of experience, she really knows all the options and ins and outs of the business. She helped me explore options I didn't even know existed. She also went in-person to see the house on my behalf and worked with me while I was out-of-state which required a lot of phone calls and emails. The mobile app and DocuSigns were also really helpful in keeping the whole process organized and doable from out-of-state. Our contingent situation and selling and buying homes concurrently made things complicated but she kept the ball rolling by coordinating with my Washington state realtor, my mortgage team, the seller's realtor, the home inspector, the escrow team, and my husband and I. She referred us to many other local specialists when needed. I honestly can't say enough great things about Heather and I can't imagine any other realtor that is on her level. Thanks, Heather! Heather Orlando. WOW! Selling three homes for my family recently & also finding our dream home in a short period of time. YOU ROCK!!! Heather treats the business relationship like no other. Heather really knows the market well. She always answered my calls or responded with a text right away stating she was with a client and would call back as soon as she was done. She did a great job marketing my house with some great pictures, website listings and an amazing mailing brochure. This is the second time I have used Heather and have had great results in the end both times. If you want an agent to sell your home that is professional and extremely experienced in this market, Heather is the right person for the job.

Heather truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We started working with her while we were still living out of state and she made the process incredibly easy. When we would come into town she was willing to spend an entire day going to every house we had any interest in and was so pleasant to spend the day with on our journey to find that perfect home. She found us a home that not only met all the needs of our family but had some amazing extras for us. We were both in love with it from the second we walked in. When it came to putting in an offer I thought for sure that’s where it might get stressful but not even in the slightest. Every bit of the contract and any paperwork that followed was nothing near a daunting task with her by our side. I could call or text her with even the silliest of questions and she would always get right back to me. I could not have dreamed of having a better agent. I will always recommend her to anyone in the market or looking to sell.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Heather. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right house. I had been looking for a home for several months without an actual Realtor at that time because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find the home that I wanted and not just a house on the market they were trying to push on me. Heather was the first to really listen to my needs and wants when looking at houses.
I knew instantly that she was the Realtor for me! She is honest, hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of me. Heather was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations, inspection, and closing process, she was right there by my side and very detail-oriented. Her timely on-going communication and she was always quickly handling any issues or questions that arose. She truly made the entire experience a lot less stressful, to say the least! Heather was always calm, listening to my every request for information and explained every step of the process all along the way, making sure I understood everything.
Her greatest attribute, "she listens" and then asks thought-provoking questions that ensure you get what you really want. I would, and will, recommend Heather to anyone in the market to purchase a home. I will also look to her when I have any future real estate needs. On top of being exceptionally good at her job, I was extremely impressed with Heather's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring I was satisfied with my final decision and I know she will do the same for you too!

I became acquainted with Heather during my search for a winter home in the Mesa area. I cannot overstate how effective Heather is at her profession.
