The most caring, amazing human being that just so happens to be the worlds best realtor. She answered every phone call and text even on weekends to answer our questions. Constantly made adjustments to combat the changing market to find us a buyer.

The experience in VA assumption loans that she brings to the table coupled with her network of professionals that she has assemble made the selling of our home an amazing experience and put's her at the top of my list for veterans in Washington.

Heather did an outstanding job in representing us in the sale of our home. She has a good grasp on the local housing market and helped us determine a competitive and realistic selling price. She gave us advice on what repairs/improvements would help to sell our home quickly and provided several contractor contacts that could assist us in these tasks. We did not feel pressured to do these tasks, but it was helpful to get her input. She also has a stager who staged the house and gave it a polished look.

Heather provided great communication to us regarding the status of showings and throughout the remainder of the sales process. We really enjoyed working with her and are glad that we chose her to be our agent.

Had to take a moment to write a review about Heather and her team. This was our second time purchasing a home and I can say of all the realtors I've worked with they are amazing! From assisting us with video walk throughs, finding multiple homes to see, and even different lenders they were always responsive and fought to make sure we got what we wanted in the purchase. I only hope I get the chance to use them again while we're here in Washington.

Heather was wonderful! My family and I did a move from NE to WA and we weren’t able to view any of the properties in person so we were so nervous and didn’t know if it was even going to work. A friend recommended Heather to us and I truly don’t think we would’ve found a home in this market - sight unseen - without her! Let alone our dream home! She truly went to bat for us in every way you could think and because of that, we felt completely assured that we made the right decision buying our home - without ever setting foot in it! Her and Alyssa sent detailed videos that they took personally and answered all the questions they could, and did research on the ones they didn’t know. We weren’t able to move until about a month after we closed on the house and she even came and not only checked on the property for us, but her husband mowed our lawn. So sweet! We adore our house and feel truly lucky that Heather held our hand through this cross country move.

Heather Redal is go-getting, strait to the point, and works hard for you and your home while still being personable, informative, and encouraging. I first contacted Heather when my husband and I were looking to buy a home in WA and her game plan blew the competition out of the water. Not only was her plan aggressive, but she actually followed through with the plan making sure that her team showed us as many houses as possible every day until we found the one we wanted. When it came time to sell our home, we knew we didn’t want to work with anyone else but Heather and her team. She gave us advice to make sure we got the most for our house and we only ended up being on the market for two days! I recommend her to all of my WA friends and I wish she worked in multiple states!!

We were first-time home buyers purchasing a house from two timezones away, all in the insane 2021 housing market, and Heather blew it out of the park! Heather came highly recommended by two great friends of ours and I will echo the same recommendation to anyone coming to the area.

She was quick to communicate, knowledgeable about the area and builders, would go out of her way to make commutes to take videos or coordinate for an associate to help, and was an honest broker throughout the process giving frank opinions when it mattered most. When it comes down to offer and contract negotiation time, Heather doesn't mess around, is aggressive, fast, and clearly an expert.

Last, Heather goes out of her way. She communicated with us while on a vacation, she did the walk-throughs for us, she's helping to coordinate house upkeep until we arrive, etc.

She helped us buy our home 3 years ago and was able to make our first home-buying experience not only smooth and stress-free, but so enjoyable as well! Over the years she was an invaluable resource to my husband and I, giving us any referrals to home contractors we needed and was always eager to share her advice when it came to making decisions on home improvements!
