She was very helpful in explaining what we had to do to get the house in order before the listing. We can't speak highly enough of Heather as our real estate agent. Heather was so helpful to us as first time homebuyers. She was very responsive to each of our many questions and very knowledgeable about the process. We felt very overwhelmed but Heather was there to guide us and keep our minds at ease. Moving from out of state seemed like a difficult task but it was seamless with her help! Heather was great. We had a lot of questions during the searching and buying process and Heather was up to the task each time. If she didn’t know an answer off the top of her head she would get the answer and provide it quickly. She really took the time to hear what we wanted and honed that knowledge and approach with feedback we gave from each showing. Heather had tremendous patience and was always pleasant and thoughtful in her responses.
