About Heather

Heather Taylor’s entire life has revolved around the military, being both a ‘brat' and a wife. Heather’s father was a Vietnam era B-52 pilot. She was born on Westover AFB and spent her childhood PCSing around the country with her family. She watched and learned as her parents purchased, renovated, and sold multiple homes until her father retired when she was in high school after 30 years of service. As an adult, she has followed in the proud military footsteps of her parents, marrying a C-130 pilot, and continuing in the tradition of moving, buying, building, or renovating, and selling homes. During her single, career-girl days before marrying back into the military, she had the pleasure of working for some amazing companies: Disney, Macy’s, and Mervyn's. These jobs brought out her passion for exemplary customer service, as well as her knack for negotiating and setting up contracts. Even though she has spent time living in many parts of the country and the world, she knows and loves Tampa like the back of her hand. As a 3rd and 4th grader, her family was stationed here, and she went to Tinker Elementary on MacDill AFB. Her husband was lucky enough to get an assignment to CENTCOM when their kids were young, and they attended Circle C Ranch and Ballast Point Elementary. Even though the military would move them a few more times, they always planned to make Tampa their permanent home one day. They could not stay away from the amazing town, warm and friendly people, and the beautiful weather, beaches, and water! This is their home, and where they plan on living for a long, long time! Add up all these life experiences and you come up with a person who not only knows the Tampa market, but also understands the importance in making a sound investment in a home, the pressures of frequent moves, finding a house that can be immediately called ‘home,' and being able to sell that home when asked to move to the next station. She has walked in those shoes and has a first-hand knowledge of how it feels. Therefore it is of the utmost importance to her to make sure that as her client, you not only benefit from my expertise in Real Estate, but you will also get the best customer service possible, because you deserve it!
