I've bought five homes over the years. I feel many realtors are only looking to put together a contract that gets them paid. Heather and Ken truly had my best interest in mind and were real advocates in seeing that I was fairly taken care of. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

We have worked with 4 other realtors to purchase properties in the past, and NONE of them came close to the ATTENTION and CARE that Heather and Ken and The Art of Home Team have given us! They were calling the city, and asking all the hard questions to the contractors, measuring rooms for us, and going ABOVE AND BEYOND what other realtors typically do. They will leave no stone unturned to ensure you get a home that you truly love. You will definitely want them on your side. They will DEFINITELY TAKE CARE OF YOU. We're so thankful to have been able to partner with Heather and Michael, They are knowledgable about the market and overall just really amazing people! We were trying to sell our house in CO to move to CA and wanted to move as quickly as possible. We were impressed Art of Homes promptness and marketing! We found a buyer, however their agent was new and was negligent on following up for inspections and verifying their loan. This is of no fault of the Art of Homes team as we asked the LO to verify their funds. They were about to loose their ernest money because due their loan not being approved. Michael went 110% of the way to introduce the buyers to loan officers they knew who were able to move quickly to try to help them so they don't loose their ernest. Unfortuantely we couldn't close this deal due the the buyer. However Michael called all the agents who attended our previous open houses and we were under contract quickly. They still check in with us now that we are in California, I know if I have any questions about real estate now I can still call and ask them. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell as they will put in the work! :)

Wow. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and amazement at how we were treated by the Art of Home Team, with Ken and Heather taking the lead. They found us the home we love, and took reigns in securing it and making sure we got it. Communication was excellent, and guidance was incredible! We definitely felt we were carried and cradled to our new home. This experience was magical. Cannot really say enough great things about this company. Such a gift.

Heather Truhan helped me with both buying my first condo and later selling it. I was referred to her by my friend whom she also helped to buy her first condo. I knew very little about the process and she explained and educated me on every detail. Heather went above and beyond and was there every step of the way. When I was having issues with my bank, she even called the vice president of my bank and got me the best rate! When I was selling my condo, she arranged everything from cleaning to staging and timed the market just right so that I could get the best return. She was absolutely amazing, and I can’t recommend her enough - she puts a lot of soul in what she does!

Michael Matthews and Heather Truhan are amazing agents. They made selling my Capitol Hill property in Central, Denver easy, even though I now live a few hours away. Michael was hardworking and patient! He was easy to communicate with and was hands on even willing to change a furnace filter and personally stage the house with their teams decorations/furniture. The staging and little things saved a ton of time, money, and stress. They always updated me and included me in steps along the way. The remote/virtual closing option was extremely convenient! I would recommend them to anyone, but especially to people trying to sell a Denver property, while not living in Denver!

Heather and the Art of Home team are absolutely phenomenal. Heather encouraged looking at a number of homes in different areas to help me understand what I wanted. When I found my dream home in the best location she immediately jumped on it. She convinced the seller to sell to me even though he had a better offer. Heather crawl through the crawl space and every nook and cranny of the house. Heather continues to be extremely responsive with anything house related.
