Heather is hands down the absolute best! Heather helped us sell our first home and buy a new construction home that fits all of our needs! Both transactions were seamless. When we reached points of being overwhelmed, Heather jumped in to help out and take some taks off our plate.

My wife and I worked closely with Heather in our search for a home in the Columbia/Lexington area. Prior to our visit her website gave us daily updates on new properties matching our requirements. We were able to select the homes we liked and Heather scheduled very orderly the appointments. She even gave us checklists to take notes on each property.
Heather is extremely organized and is very knowledgeable about her area. I would strongly recommend her for anyone looking for a home in the Columbia/Lexington area!

I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Heather Williams. Looking for a house and being a first time homebuyer with vey little knowledge about how to find the right place, she was always honest and hands-on. She walked me through every step and was always accessible. She is the best in the business and I would suggest anyone looking to by a home please go to Heather Williams, she is the best.
