My wife and I were first time home buyers who had been trying to purchase a home for several years.

In the process of purchasing our first home, over several years, we had 3 buying agents try to help us. They were friendly but could not seem to help us in finding our first home. I felt that they never responsive to our questions with buying our home.

We finally lucked out and found Hector to help us with our hone purchase. His professionalism and responsiveness to our many questions was amazing.

With his help we were finally able to purchase our first home. I would highly recommend Hector to any of my friends or family that were looking for an excellent agent!

My mom and I have worked with Hector Aguilar to sell her house so we can relocate to Texas. Hector was very professional and explained everything in detail. We were very happy to work with Hector. We would definitely work him in the future if we ever returned to California. I will recommend Hector if you need a realtor he worked hard for us to sell. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Hector Aguilar. We had sold our home in Colorado and were returning to our hometown in California. He was immediately responsive to our questions in helping us make a decision in finding the perfect home. Hector was there for US! 2 years ago I started the hunt for a home. I am a first time buyer very eager and excited and also scared. I went through 3 realtors. They either did not listen to my needs, were too pushy, or not prepared. I was felt helpless, and almost gave up. But I was fortunate enought to run into Hector. When I first started to look for a home, I had no clue what I was getting myself into. Some close to me explain certain items to watch out for, but it still seem like farfetched dream of buying my first home. For a year and a half I had been working with a real estate agent, we went to 15 diff houses. This agent wasted my time at times taking me to homes that already had offers accepted. The customer service was terrible. The whole process was frustrating, so I stopped searching for a year. I then decided again, this time with new agent. With Agent #2 I explained how I didn’t want my time wasted, and she said ok, but her rules were if we don’t have an offer accepted in a month, I lose her as my agent. A month passed and there was not a house I liked, so she dropped me. I ran into Hector, whom I had known, but I did not realize he was a real estate agent. Again I explained I did not want my time wasted, I’m still new to the house buying thing, I mentioned I was scared of this whole process and was frustrated. I asked if he would explain everything to me and he said YES! Hector is so patient and very flexible. He was quick to understand what I liked and did not like. He is very good at filtering the listings, so that I would not waste my time looking at houses I did not like. Hector is very knowledgeable and explains everything. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are buying the right home. As a first time buyer my biggest fear was buyer’s remorse, and I have to say with the help of Hector, I have no remorse for the house I bought. It has everything I need and was within my budget.
