If you’re looking for someone that will get your house sold in a horrible housing market, Walter is your guy! Just before we placed our house for sale, the market did a full 180, interest rates sky-rocketed and housing prices started to drop dramatically. Walter remained optimistic and trusted in his experience and knowledge of the market. Our goal was to not lose a dime, and Walter ensured that our goal was met. He worked relentlessly to pull in agents and potential buyers and worked on these buyers to get offers submitted. He was patient with us when we decided to turn down or submit counter offers. He was also very inventive with marketing strategies to pull in buyers, which I believe is what inevitably got the house sold. My girlfriend and I got only positivity through our entire buying process. This market is ridiculous right now and at times we were not sure if we'd find something at all. Walter was the steady hand that guided us through every up and down and never showed an ounce of doubt. He said we'd find our home, and that's just what happened. Hector and team were recommended to me by a good friend. They exceeded all expectations and were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of searching for and buying a new home. He quickly helped me narrow down my choices to a few contenders based on my very specific criteria, and was extremely quick to get walkthroughs setup. Once we chose our home he was very helpful with every step from creating the purchase contract to negotiating concessions and finally closing on the property. I cannot recommend Hector highly enough, I will definitely be returning to him for our future real estate needs!

My Realtor Walter Southard is the best.
I was looking for an affordable condo in the hot Florida real estate market.
I hired Walter for his local knowledge and attention to detail. We appreciate frequent communication and Walt delivered. He let me know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. He listened to mu needs and budget. It took a while with affordable homes going quickly, but Walt was on top of it the whole time.

We started with a random house and a showing on the same day. It turned out to be our best decision we made in the whole buying process. Walter helped us sell our house and buy a new one.
