Heidi is absolutely amazing, she helped us sell our home and purchase another taking all of the stress out of it for us, her knowledge and work ethic are unmatched. Had our home sold within days of listing it thanks to the great photos her photographer took and the extra steps she took posting our home on different social media sites and even paying for advertisements. She was there when the appraiser came over to figure out the value of our home so she could help validate the sale price if the appraiser came in low, I can’t express enough how thorough and involved she was in every aspect of our real estate transactions. I can’t say enough good things about Heidi! My parents were in a situation where my father got sick and needed to move back to Florida from Tennessee ASAP.  She helped me find the perfect house for them and not only got the house under contract in days, but went above and beyond to make sure we got inspection, etc done and closed within a couple weeks! My parents were able to do everything over the computer easily and closed before they moved down! She is an amazing realtor and I would never use anyone else! If you’re looking for your dream home give her a call! She will make it happen!

We absolutely love Heidi!! She is an amazing realtor! Heidi went above and beyond for us! She did her job, and pushed others to get things done! Heidi lives a hour away from the house we bought. It was never a issue for her to have to drive to our new house, just to meet someone there, or just because we wanted to look at our new home again. I look at Heidi like a good friend now. She is just absolutely AMAZING a what she does!! We highly recommended her!!!

Heidi is the most professional person we interviewed before deciding on a realtor to sell our home in Weeki Wachee. She is a true professional, very polite and works her tail off to get your house sold. Ours was sold in about 6 weeks. She put together an open house in a matter of days which went over very well. They have a large office in the area and I wouldn't even hesitate to list your home or buy one, with her as your agent.

We gave Heidi an impossible mission. Find us a family home, in a quiet and nice neighborhood, low or no HOA, a little land, no pool or lake, brick home, under 150k. She found our home only 2 days on the market in our dream neighborhood, in the country, meeting all our needs. Our home had multiple offers and she pushed so hard for us to get it by reaching out to the seller and selling agent. She drove multiple times out, which was way out of her way just for us to see this home. She worked with us every step of the way even emailing and texting answering my silly questions I had late at night. Even after closing she made sure everything went smoothly and still continues to check on us! She is hands down amazing!
