My daughter and son-in-law used Heidi Dix's services when they purchased their house in Kingwood. She helped them from beginning to closing. She made their house purchase a good experience. She is now helping me with my properties. I have two homes and will be purchasing another primary home. Her expertise is valuable and has helped me get through all the paperwork and complex decisions. She went over and above what I expected. I will recommend her to my friends and anyone who wants to purchase or lease a house. Most of all, she is calm and patient and doesn't judge. She is definitely #1 in my books.
