Heidi is a wonderful real estate agent - she was professional throughout the process and I am happily in my dream house in my dream location. She explained the process every step of the way, recommended wonderful partners (lenders/home inspectors,/escrow agents, etc.) and was an amazing advocate for my interests from day one through closing and beyond. She was incredibly responsive to my questions and kept me on track with all my tasks. She kept me grounded as we put in offers and was a knowledgeable and informed sounding board for me as I had to make some really tough decisions. She was personable with listing agents, yet incredibly effecting at the negotiating table. She followed up with others involved in the process when they slowed, and made me feel like I was her highest priority client always. She has a subtle way of encouraging while being very realistic - I knew if I was concerned about anything she was just a phone call or text message away. I trusted that she would not sugar-coat any of the information she imparted to me -- she encouraged me to make the decisions that were best for me and gave me all the support I needed to feel comfortable with the process. I would highly encourage anyone to use Heidi for their real estate needs.

Heidi did an excellent job as my Realtor! She was prompt, even more than prompt, she knows what needs to happen and just kept everything moving along to a successful completion. She is patient with those unfamiliar with the process and in the inevitable glitches, was extremely professional and most helpful. I highly recommend her!

Heidi was amazing to work with! She was extremely responsive, attentive to our original list of desires in a new home and she was always open to feedback as our list of wants and priorities shifted along the way. Even in this tough market, she never wavered in her support and positivity that we would find the right house! We had total faith in her, and she was so right! We are thrilled to be in our wonderful new home and are very happy! We strongly recommend Heidi and will certainly use her again for any future real estate needs!

Heidi was amazing! We moved prior to selling and her attention to our home was above and beyond. She helped handle everything so it went smoothly despite us being out of the area. She kept us up to date with everything and was a great communicator. We were very lucky to have such a great realtor handling our property!
