Heidi Mendoza

Heidi Nelson-Mendoza is the founder of PPSV & Associates Inc., DBA Premier Properties Of Silicon Valley and the co-founder and partner of Integrity Property Group, Inc. Heidi grew up around real estate, in a family that has been successful in real estate development, management and investments over the past 30 + years.

She was recognized in 2006 for her outstanding performance in mentoring new agents throughout Silicon Valley. Heidi focuses on ethics, honesty, integrity and an unwavering devotion to her true passion; people! As a Christian she believe in being Kingdom-Minded and attributes this to her success. Her goal is to maximize her client’s potential of their real estate dollars and provide a greater return on their investments.
She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and many foreign countries working with people from many diverse backgrounds. Heidi often surprises her clients with her ability to speak the Spanish language.
