Heidi is hands down the best realtor in the metro Detroit area. I’m the kind of person that stresses about everything. Buying and selling a home gave me anxiety. Heidi goes above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible. She will always go the extra mile to meet your satisfaction and beyond. I could go on and on forever. If you’re looking to buy or sell there really is nobody better, you’re wasting your time with anybody else.

If you want someone who is in your corner fighting for you, Heidi is it. Unbelievable passion and energy. As a part-time residential property investor/landlord in addition to going through three recent moves of my own, I've done around 10 deals with Heidi in the past 6 years and she never disappoints. I have extremely high expectations and she continuously meets them all. Highly recommended!!

Heidi helped me sell 2 houses and purchase another house over the past 6 months, she got me more than I expected on the two homes I sold and a great deal on the home I purchased.She was always available and very knowlegable about the market. Heidi worked tirelessly to help me find a new home, she listened to what I said regarding the location and type of house that I was looking for. Heidi did not just show me around the houses that we looked at, she climbed into attic's and looked everywhere to see the condition of the property. I highly recommend Heidi as a realtor she knows the area and puts so much time and energy into her work. She also seems to have a vast amount of connections and found a lender for me when my original lender backed out due to vandalism to the property that I was purchasing.

Whether you’re buying or selling, I can guarantee you Heidi Norris will exceed all of your expectations! Heidi went above and beyond to help my wife and I find the perfect home. It’s a good thing too, because little did we know it, but our family of two (plus our dog, Bill) was soon to be a family of three and we couldn’t have imagined bringing our daughter back home to anywhere but here. We have used Heidi to both buy and sell a home over the last two years and had a fantastic experience! Her knowledge of the lakes area, willingness to drop everything and schedule a showing when a hot listing pops up, and no-pressure selling style made her wonderful to work with. Additionally, I truly credit our purchase going through to her creativity. We had an issue with the appraisal and Heidi was able to work with the sellers agent to make everything work. I'll spare you the drawn out details, but she was on our side and got the deal done on our dream home when I didn't know if it would happen! There are a lot of agents that can just take you to see houses, but Heidi's market knowledge, connections and work ethic set her apart! Highly recommend!
