Heidi Rutz

Heidi’s 10+ years of experience in the real estate title industry led her to earn her real estate license in 2014. Her work as a title abstractor involved in-depth property research and sharpened her ability to spot possible title issues that could cause a seller delay or even prevent them from reaching the closing table. It was her passion for working with sellers and helping them to prepare their properties for the market that led her to join Team Waller as a Listing Agent in 2015. She enjoys the creative aspects of the listing process, learning about the home and property, taking photos and pulling it all together in a way that will catch the eye of the new homeowner.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University and is a native of the Shenandoah Valley.
