Heidi Urffer

Heidi Urffer was born and raised in Sellersville, Bucks County, with her ten siblings, but now calls Quakertown home. She attended UBCTS and studied culinary arts. She spent over 20 years in the food service industry before falling in love with the real estate business while purchasing her home. She obtained her real estate license and joined the Vickie Landis Rentsel team at Keller Williams Realty Group in 2016.

As a lifelong Bucks County resident, Heidi has intimate knowledge of our area. Heidi has built strong relationships with local credit agencies and mortgage lenders and excels at helping first-time home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership. She is a CNE (certified negotiation expert), SRES (senior real estate specialist), and one of the few local realtors that have earned the Pet-Friendly Real Estate agent accreditation.

Heidi truly loves being a Realtor. Her favorite type of client wants a thorough and attentive friend to help them through their journey. She aims to gain her client's trust through reliable communication and honesty and prides herself in seeing others' needs.

When not working, Heidi enjoys spending time with her young children and family. She wants the outdoors, so you may find her camping, fishing, riding ATVs, or somewhere on the water. Her love of the culinary arts is still strong, so she is often home cooking, baking, and entertaining.
