Heimdal Barrios is a native of Venezuela and raised in Miami, FL. For 15 years Heimdal managed Banks located in some of the most affluent areas of South Florida including Coral Gables, South Beach, Surfside and Bal Harbour. His attention to detail and ability to always keep his client’s best interest in mind catapulted his career as a top producer for two of the largest banks in the country. During his time in banking, Heimdal grew a passion for real estate. Guiding friends, family, and clients through the journey of acquiring and selling real estate during different economic cycles in a vast majority of markets became his fascination.

Throughout his career in Real estate, Heimdal has made a name for himself in the luxury market. Leveraging his network in the financial sector and his knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market has proven to be a combination for success. He believes that building long lasting relationships, understanding his client’s needs, and adding value is necessary for keeping true to his purpose.

Heimdal is a resident of Bay Harbour Islands, and you can find him on the beach of Bal Harbour during his down time. He also enjoys to cook and travel. On the weekends, Heimdal and his wife love to explore new restaurants and spending time with friends and family. Heimdal takes pride in bettering himself daily and acquiring the knowledge necessary to best assist his friends, family, and clients with all their real estate transaction.
