The Helen Anderson Team was amazing to work with. Helen is personable and enjoyable to work with, but also able to hold her own at the table. With her own experience selling mortgages, Helen recommended a loan officer and firm to work with and was able to provide additional insight and knowledge that I would not have had from anyone else. Helen and Dawn were so patient with me as we navigated the home-buying process together. They listened to what I was looking for and constantly sent me new listings that they thought I would be interested in. The market is full of buyers right now, so you have to move fast! Helen and Dawn met up with me on weekends, last minute, they maintained excellent communication throughout the search process and they moved quickly when I was ready to make an offer. Helen was a pleasure to work with. We sold current home and purchased our new home at the same time and she went above and beyond to ensure we knew every step in the buying and selling process. The seller's agent was new to the business and she even worked with the agent the owners when there were questions to make sure the process went smoothly.. for us the buyers. Start with Helen Anderson and save yourself time, money and your nerves! Helen is an extreme professional in all facets of a realtor. Her thorough knowledge of the local market and trends was invaluable in helping us find our new home, and really took the pressure off us.

I had researched realtors and read Helen’s outstanding reviews and decided to meet with her. As soon as I met her, I knew she was the real deal. Her big smile, enthusiasm and down home country accent exuded southern hospitality, comfort and trust.

Every time we viewed a property, Helen would perform a methodical inspection, looking for any signs of potential problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. She Identified areas of interest that most people overlook, or aren’t even aware of.

She was extremely patient and available, almost like a personal realtor concierge.
She was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs, than she was on closing a deal.

Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated, and truly set her apart from all others. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.

From start to finish, Helen aggressively worked in our best interest. She helped us find the best mortgage company, with a significantly better rate than we could find, which saved us a lot of money. We paid nothing at closing, and actually received money back!

I now consider Helen a friend, and she is the only realtor I would recommend helping you to make the most expensive and significant purchase/investment in your life. You will not be disappointed.

I went through the entire home buying process with Helen recently. I never once felt like I didn't have her full attention. I know she is very busy, but never made me feel rushed or unimportant, she was always available for questions (and I had plenty) and was very accommodating with scheduling appointments. I was literally the guy that just wanted to buy a house. I did not have a real estate agent I was just looking online and hitting the contact me button when I saw something I liked. I spoke with several real estate agents. At some point I came across Helen and from that point I did not talk to another real estate agent. She had every answer for every question I had. And if she didn’t know the answer she got me one. She even had answer for questions I didn’t even know you ask. In the end I bought a house that Helen helped me find. I’m beyond satisfied with her assistance in that matter. Prior to closing once I picked out the house I was going to be I told everyone including Helen how lucky I was to find her. No matter if you pull out of a contract due to orders or have a special needs child . She gives her all day or night ! In bound or outbound she is the Stars and Stripes of real estate.
