Helen Chu

A local area expert with global perspective, she spent her formative years in Hong Kong before attending an international school in Manila, finishing her education at a Canadian boarding school, and receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Equally proficient in English and Chinese, (both Cantonese and Mandarin) she founded and sold two successful business ventures before embarking into the real estate realm in 2014. Descending from a strong family of real estate developers in Hong Kong and Vancouver, she proudly continued the family legacy and is now a proud member of the Top Agent network – which comprises the top 10% of the local market.

Driven by the desire to help people achieve their goals, she loves devising a schedule for buying or selling a home and then executing it perfectly. Leading with enthusiasm and genuine care, she truly finds joy partnering with clients and guiding them through what can be a daunting process. Helen works to really listen to what her clients are looking to achieve, identifying distinct goals, and then working in tandem with them to make their goals a reality. While she annually travels to Hong Kong and Shanghai to connect with clients and attend the Luxury Properties Show, she is equally at home amidst the East Bay’s towering coastal redwoods. Instilled with a deep love for the cultural diversity, creativity, and entrepreneurship of the Bay Area, she is known to tackle downtime with the same passion as her day job. On weekends you will find her cycling, hiking, river rafting, running marathons, or cooking meals for family and friends.
