Helen Fardo has been a real estate agent for 30 years, and she understands the challenges of working in an ever-changing real estate market. She specializes in residential properties, new construction, farms, and land, and loves the feeling she gets when she has helped someone achieve their goals. She has earned a designation from the Realtor Institute (GRI), is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and has earned the Coldwell Banker Presidential Elite award for top producers. Helen moved to Richmond when her husband joined the faculty at Eastern Kentucky University. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from E.K.U. and has two adult sons and two granddaughters. Her family enjoys attending sporting events at the University, attending cultural events sponsored by the Richmond Area Arts Council, and visiting the beautiful parks here in Central Kentucky. After relocating she quickly fell in love with the area and has been a resident here for over 35 years.
