Helen Garton

Helen is a native Delawarean with family roots in Middletown going back more than two hundred years. She is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a Federal retiree with a specialization in IT and Project Management. She is ready to apply her business background and her exceptional attention to detail to what she calls a ‘client-centric philosophy;’ that is, putting her clients in a home that is best suited for their current and/or future needs. Her background in diversity along with her outgoing personality allows her to connect with all people.

Helen holds a business degree from Southern New Hampshire University, an MBA from Strayer University, and a Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland University College. Helen is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Delaware Association of Realtors (DAR), and the New Castle County Board of Realtors (NCCBOR) and Sussex County Board of Realtors (SCAOR).

Helen is an avid Orioles, Ravens, Red Sox and Patriots fan; and in her spare time, she enjoys yoga, the beach, traveling to Maine and working in the yard.
