Hengameh Nazari

Hengameh is known for being passionate about her hard work and her single-minded focus on providing exemplary personal service. Her perseverance has resulted in developing lifelong client relationships, while her analytical background ensures clients achieve maximum value from their homes sales and purchases.

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties in Laguna Beach, she spent 15 years in the corporate world and academia, and then embarked on a successful career in real estate in Dallas, Texas. In the process, she gained a unique combination of attention to detail and the skills necessary to implement advanced technological strategies, an asset she applies to each transaction with home buyers and seller.

A Laguna Beach resident, Hengameh is actively involved in the local community, including The Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit operated by agents and staff of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. Whenever she can, she values spending time with friends and family. An active hiker, Hengameh has climbed Mount Whitney and six of the tallest mountains in California.

"I especially enjoy working with people from many different cultures," said Hengameh, a computer science graduate of Purdue University. "Living and working in Laguna Beach affords me that. People respect that I place their needs above everything else, and I only succeed when my clients succeed."
