I’ve known Henry for 15 plus years and he’s a great family man /professional / and all around great person. He is a true advocate for Lincoln Park and McLean Heights as was the main person behind the 09/11 Yonkers Memorial. Henry is always willing to help out the underdog and coordinate a happy seller with a happy buyer and why is he so successful.

One of the biggest decisions you can make in life is finding a new home. Henry is the most patient guy out there! We went thru so many houses in white plains until we found the one our family loves. Henry helped us with finding the size we wanted, location, school zoning and most importantly price. We annoyed him and he always had a smile on and helped us out and showed up to every viewing and meeting. Thank You again i would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best real estate agent in the area!

Henry has nothing but the clients interests in mind. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and communicative.

Back in 2011, I was looking for a house to buy. Henry guided me through the whole process. I was nervous, but here I am 5 years later and with Henry walking me through the years it been a great experience.

Henry is dedicated and helpful to many as I noticed when I would wait for him in his office.

Like many others here, I can't say enough good about Henry. I went to him recently in search of an apartment, and he was very considerate of my needs and preferences. He found an apartment that met my needs in a very timely manner, and spoke frankly with me about the pros and cons of each unit. I highly recommend HD Realty to those that are tired of working with brokers that attempt to swindle or deceive. Henry is a refreshing change of pace from all that; he's honest.

He is also just a pleasure to work with. He made me feel welcome in the neighborhood by showing me around, and advising me on the best restaurants and businesses in the area. He has worked for 29 years in real estate (I may be misquoting him, but I believe that was what he said) and it shows. He balances professionalism with warmth and humor, which put me instantly at ease. The agents at HD Realty are involved in their community, and are well regarded in it by landowners, tenants, and business owners. I will certainly go to HD again in the future.

I just read the reviews on here and felt compelled to add one more.

Mr. Henry and his staff are very professional on phone and in person, they are able to show the apartments within hours of calling and any other property for sale in the shortest time possible, few times Mr. Henry himself showed me houses even on a very short or no notice at all. When we met, he was very straight forward about the place, and the types of properties he shows. He told me that he wouldn't feel comfortable taking someone to a place that wasn't very good. He seemed to have a great relationship with the landlords as well.

After dealing with some other agencies in the area, this one stood apart and compelled me to say something great about it, I guess being more than 20 years in business does show professionalism.

I am in process of purchasing a property as we speak with HD Realty. I am very excited being that one of the amazing agents Liz Vuktilaj with her charm and her professional approach is making this purchase look almost as a walk in the park :) I will definitely be doing business with HD Realty over and over again.
