With a background that spans from investment banking and corporate strategy to entertainment and tech startups, Herb Yang has demonstrated his ability to analyze conditions, empathize with others and communicate with a range of clients to understand their needs. He spent fifteen years in product development and management for digital products and services, and is always at the forefront of the evolving industry, implementing new tools and programs to craft a more seamless client experience.

Serving as a real estate broker combines Herb’s deep passion for connecting people with his love of living spaces. Home is the culmination of the most important aspects of his clients’ lives, it’s where they bring everything back, where they find reprieve, and it’s Herb’s honor to connect people to finding that sense of space and home. Having worked in digital product development as a designer of virtual space, Herb’s clients benefit from his eye for function and potential. Herb holds a BS in Computer Science from MIT and an MFA from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. While seemingly opposite fields of study, Herb has always believed in looking at things from different sides; clients likewise appreciate his empathetic yet direct and practical approach.

A West Seattleite, Herb loves to explore the city with Terra, his 8-year-old pit bull mix. Though he grew up in the California Bay Area and has spent time living in various cities, nothing quite compares to the way he felt when he moved to the Emerald City and discovered all the great places there are to live in the Puget Sound region, a love he enjoys sharing with his clients.
