Hermela was simply a delight to work with. Her professional demeanor paired with her knowledge base of the areas we were interested in looking at (which was a wide net casted) and her negotiation skills were excellent! She is friendly, experienced, and helped us out with any and all questions we had. Moving from out of state is not an easy task in this quick moving market and Hermela had so many quality options for us to view, even chauffeuring my husband around on his second trip back after no rental cars were available.
