Hernan Gleizer is the founder, broker/C.E.O, and President of Development Sales of Optimar International Realty Group. For over two decades Hernan has been dedicated to marketing luxury residential developments and commercial real estate properties, providing premium services to his clients and colleagues. His expertise includes a variety of services beyond the brokerage and conception of luxury residential and commercial real estate, incorporating development, sales solutions, business development as well as companions and job coaching. In 1997 Hernan founded and operated the Remax BestSeller Realty Group. For nine years he had four top producer Remax offices with excellence and success in Miami Beach (Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura, and Miami Beach). Hernan, together with Fernando Alpern, defined and created Optimar International Realty Group applying a business model that functions as a proficient platform for Developers and Professional real estate producers in this globalized and vibrant trade environment; providing local and international guidance. After graduating as valedictorian with a Master’s Degree in Communications from Florida International University (F.I.U.), Hernan became a Professor of Economics for Journalists in the Master’s Program in Communications in Spanish. An economist and a business administrator, Hernan’s academic and business development background, along with his impeccable knowledge of real estate, his integrity, and perseverance, and his spiritual passion have allowed him to attain a prominent position in the community.
