Hicks is amazing! He was always a step ahead during the whole process of purchasing a home. He is professional in the way he conducts himself and his business. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of buying or selling a home. I never had to wonder if he would pick up the phone or respond to an email. He was so patient in showing me home after home until finding the perfect place.

Hicks went above and beyond assisting my wife and I in finding the perfect home. Myself being out of state on work, hicks assisted my wife in the search, they must of looked at 20 + homes until they came upon the right one. After a FaceTime walk through with my wife we put in an offer and closed shortly thereafter. Hicks’ wealth of historical and geographical knowledge of the counties along with his professional and caring demeanor made us very comfortable in making an offer on our perfect new home.

Mr. Malonson is one of those rare men who combines a compassionate heart and a shrewd mind. He cares for his clients and uses his experience and acumen to get what his best for them. When he was our agent, there were a few homes I found attractive, but Mr. Malonson pointed out they would not be good for us long-term. He cares more for his clients' happiness than he does for turning a buck.

He knows the business in and out; he knows about available breaks, about what to look for in a home and in a contract, about how to best utilize the circumstances, location, time, and environment to serve his clients.

He is readily available and responsive. He's also maintained a very positive and engaged relationship with us years after we purchased our home. We'd go back to him without a second thought and would recommend him unreservedly. His colleagues on the Harry Norman team, especially Mr. Rich Hayes, are also great people, so it's good to know his team is supportive as well. Big thumbs up.
