Hilary Priestley

Born and raised on her family’s ranch in the Colorado mountains, Hilary, her husband and three children have lived in Mancos on their small hobby farm since 2009. Hilary says the family has grown deep roots here and love being part of a rural community that is proudly agricultural with a vibrant arts scene. “Anyone can feel at home here,” she says.

Hilary’s real estate career began in 2015 with roles as transaction coordinator and marketing director, before she earned her Colorado Real Estate License in 2019. She is currently a member of the National Association of Realtor®, Colorado Association of Realtor® and the Four Corners Board of Realtor®. Hilary joined Regents Real Estate Group in 2020 as a broker associate.

Hilary specializes in residential, land and agricultural property purchase, sales, and prides herself on her diligence and commitment to truly getting to know clients.

Hilary’s favorite thing about Montezuma County? That there is something for everyone, whether biking, hiking in the mountains, boating the many beautiful lakes, or enjoying the high-desert scenery. “There is no shortage of activities to fill the days.”

In her spare time, Hilary spends time with her family and enjoys gardening and running their small hobby farm with dairy cows and chickens, as well as hunting, boating, and fishing — anything that provides her with time outdoors and with her children.
