Holley Jensen

Holley joined Compass Commercial as a Senior Property Manager, after moving with her husband to Bend from Austin, Texas. Holley’s responsibilities include tenant and owner relations, lease administration, monthly financial reporting, property maintenance, and service contract negotiation. Holley is responsible for the preparation of annual budgets, expense reconciliations, and construction management of tenant improvements and capital projects. Holley began her commercial real estate career in 2009 as a tenant representation broker in the office division of a firm in Austin. Holley then joined the property management department of another commercial real estate office where she served as a Property Manager in Austin until July 2017. She was responsible for the successful management of a portfolio including office, medical office, retail, and mixed-use properties. Holley is also proficient with multiple property management software programs including: AppFolio, AvidXchange, Yardi, Payscan, Commercial Cafe, and Angus. Holley previously served as the special events committee chair for the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), Austin, Texas chapter. She was a membership committee mentor for the Austin Young Women’s Alliance, a Special Olympics swim coach and volunteered at local Austin road races and triathlons. Prior her career in commercial real estate, Holley completed her education at Boston College where she was the Captain of the NCAA Division I Women’s Varsity Swim Team.
