Holly Barr

Holly Barr has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She started her journey in 2011 working for a national appraisal company (Nations Valuation Services). Holly collaborated directly with appraisers’ lenders to ensure the appraisals and BPO's (broker price opinion) went smoothly for all residential real estate transactions. In 2013 Holly started working for Agentology (formerly known as Short Sale Agent Finder and REO Industry Directory). Holly helped grow this start-up business at the time by being named the top salesperson the entire time she worked there. In 2014, Holly decided she was meant for Real Estate and became a licensed Realtor. Holly started working for Greater Good Realty in 2015 where she was a licensed Realtor and took on the role of the office manager. In 2019, Holly decided it was time to take her real estate career to the next level by joining Coldwell Banker. In 2021, Holly obtained her Real Estate Brokers License.

In 2017 & 2018, Holly helped the California Department of Real Estate update the real estate sale's person exam not only once but twice. With Holly's diverse real estate experience, Holly can help you with any residential real estate transaction.

On Holly's free time she can be found at a Mega-Reformer, Pilates, Barre, Spin Class, or volunteering at the San Diego Humane Society. When she is not working or exercising, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, friends, family, miniature dachshund and her two cats. A fun fact about Holly and her husband, they are huge animal lovers. They even got married at the San Diego Zoo where all the wedding proceeds go to saving more animals.
