Holly Garber

Holly Garber is a Lawrence, Kansas native. She received her license to sell property in the State of Kansas in 2000. After a three-year career at ReMax, she opened her own company, American Dream Realty. In 2006, she earned her Real Estate Broker’s License and became the supervising broker of her company. In her years as a real estate Owner/Broker she has invested in real estate by managing her own rental property, being a general contractor on home projects and by “flipping houses”. Selected by the Lawrence Board of Realtors as 2018 Salesperson of the Year, Holly has been voted as a top Realtor in the “Best of Lawrence” for the last 7 years, has been named “Best Realtor” by The Lawrencian magazine and featured in the Lawrence Journal World.

Her company American Dream Realty has helped hundreds of people with their real estate goals. When she is not helping people find their dream homes, Holly enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her 8 nephews and nieces. Her hobbies include tango and ballroom dancing, reading, hiking, mentoring, helping International Students, and working as a community and church volunteer. Holly is an active participant in Business Networking International and has been both committee’s director and President. Like any good Lawrencian, Holly is also a KU fan!
