Holly Moungie

Holly is a person of action! Whether as a real estate agent, an aerobics instructor or as a community volunteer, she does it with compassion, empathy, pride, and enthusiasm. Her ability to practice true kindness to all that she meets, is commendable. Holly wants you to be happy in every aspect of your life, especially where you call home.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Holly was the Regional Director of Human Resources for a nationally recognized company. She was responsible for 31 facilities across the nation and handled corporate, finance and special reports. Holly traveled extensively throughout the east coast providing stellar customer service to hundreds of individuals. Throughout her time in the human resource field, she mastered her ability as a stealth, compassionate negotiator who remained focused to get the job done. Holly also has experience as a Facilities Director where she helped increase the company's retention rates consistently each year eventually leading them to an injury free record.

Holly grew up in the Whitehouse area and graduated from Toledo Christian Schools. She went on to obtain a degree in business management and psychology at Heidelberg University. Holly completed her certification at the nationally recognized Hondros College of Business. Holly is a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), Ohio REALTOR® and National Association of REALTORS®. Holly is a vital part of the locally owned brokerage firm, The Danberry Company, where she is one of over 370 real estate professionals providing customized, boutique service to area residents. The firm achieved 5,515 transactions in addition to obtaining $1,115,162,170 in sales volume according to RealTrends.

Over the past 10 years, Holly has been recognized for multiple awards within the real estate industry. She has been a member of both the Northwest Ohio REALTORS President's Sales Club. She has also placed consistently in the Danberry Top 100 program since becoming a real estate agent. She is the recipient of the Toledo Regional Association of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year as well as being a graduate of the Today's Leader Tomorrow program.

Holly gives back to the community by teaching multiple aerobic classes throughout the Northwest Ohio area. She has been instructing for several years at the University of Toledo Medical Center, University of Toledo Recreation Center, and LA Fitness.
