We were in town for a week, looking for a rental that we would need for our cross-country move. We drove by 20 houses, and couldn’t get traction with any of them. I reached out to Holly for help, having found her on Google, and within 24 hours she was showing us properties. We put an application on the first property she showed us. And then she continued helping us navigate the negotiations long-distance. I can’t say how helpful it is having an agent like Holly. She’s an instant friend, a knowledgeable agent, and an all-around good person to have in your corner.

Holly was an absolute delight!! We’re new to the Seattle area and we were so grateful that she educated us on certain areas within the metroplex she recommended looking based on our work commutes, budget, and preferences! My partner and I have very different opinions on the perfect home, and she was very receptive and provided us with numerous options that helped her understand how to make us both mutually happy.

Holly advised and fought for us during the negotiating process to get the best deal and held our hand all the way to the finish line.

Holly took ALL of the stress outta finding a new home, and I will 100% be reaching out to her again when I plan to move.

I recommend her to anyone looking for a rental property or even a first-time home buyer not sure where to start.

I am a first time home buyer and Holly did the most fantastic job getting us a good deal, answering all my questions, and being available if we ever needed anything. I was afraid of the whole home buying process since I've heard so many bad things about it but Holly made the whole process easy. She did everything she could so that our experience would be good. She also went above and beyond not just for me as her client but also towards the sellers. I cant recommend her enough.

Holly found me a home in record time. She got me a deal that was unheard of, at a time when it was not in favor of the buyer. Not only did Holly find me my first home. She helped me find my daughter a duplex to rent close to my new home.
Holly really goes to bat for her client. I have never seen someone fight for others like her. She has so much passion and energy. She makes it look easy. But I know that it is not.
Anyone will be lucky to have her on your side.

I feel very blessed to have literally stumbled onto Holly as she has performed for me so far beyond what is expected from a real estate agent. She has the utmost integrity and is incredibly hard working. When I had to sell my home and all my furnishings she took care of everything for me! Holly was very prompt when I requested online to speak to an agent! I think my phone rang in less than 5 minutes. After we discussed a few properties and she had a feel for what I was looking for, she made sure I got pre-approved for a loan first. Holly asked me to make a list of my preferences and most important features of a new home.. From then on I received emails every day with several listings to consider. I was really picky though! And she said her goal was still to find that perfect home for me! She did that after a month of diligent searching. It was the perfect place! But then the work really started! It was not close by and required several road trips to the property! The offer, counter offer, the inspections and documents, appraisal had my head spinning. But she was confident always, and kept me informed and on track. Holly told me each step what to expect. She walked me through it or I would have been lost! And in spite of some unexpected difficulties as we neared closing, she handled everything and everyone expertly so I didn't have to worry. She brought all the loose ends together in a nice bow so to speak. She put every effort into finding me the best possible deal on the perfect home for me! I would recommend Holly to anyone looking for home
